Dolphin Stadium Information
ALCOHOL SALES - Guests must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol at today's game. There is a two drink maximum per person per visit to our concession stands. Alcohol sales will stop at the beginning of the third quarter. We ask that you drink responsibly and we encourage the use of a designated driver.
ATMs - For your convenience, ATMs are located throughout the stadium. ATM Machines are located on the 100 level at sections 115 and 149, the 200 level at section 242, and on the 400 level at section 456.
BAG SEARCH - Regulations prohibit bags, backpacks, cans, bottles, coolers, and alcoholic beverages from being brought into the stadium. All women's purses are subject to search upon entry to the stadium. All prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle before entering the stadium.
BANNERS AND SIGNS - Banners and signs are permitted, providing they are football related and in good taste, as determined by stadium management. Signs may not be hung or displayed in any way that obstructs another guest's view of the game or stadium advertising signage.
In addition, signs may not be placed such that they would interfere with a player's sight-lines and must not be commercial in nature or utilize wood or metal material or other types of objects for support. Signage in approved areas may only be affixed with string or plastic ties.
CAMERAS - For your enjoyment, still cameras and small video cameras are permitted into the stadium. Guests may not reproduce any film shot at today's game for any commercial use without the written permission of the Miami Dolphins.
CONCESSIONS - The following is a list of concession areas within the stadium:
Seaside Grill - Grilled items including hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, and sausage. Located in sections 102, 112, 126, 130, 140, 144, 413, 415, 425, 428, 441, 443, 446, 455. Pelican Cafe - Traditional Ballpark Fare including hot dogs, popcorn, and pretzels. Located in sections 103, 110, 118, 125, 131, 138, 146, 153, 404, 408, 419, 423, 432, 436, 447, 451. Sunset Cafe - Traditional Ballpark Fare including hot dogs, popcorn, and pretzels. Located in sections 113, 115, 128, 141, 156. Rotelli Pizza - Slices of pizza. Located in sections 103, 118, 138, 408, 436. Wings - Hot Buffalo wings and chicken tenders. Located in section 154. Specialty Deli - Fresh subs, salads and veggie hot dogs. Located in section 140. Sand Bar Brews - Wide variety of specialty beers. Located in sections 101, 115, 129, 143, 410, 418, 431, 453. Corner Bars - Sports bar atmosphere to meet friends before or during the game. Located at 100 level ramps B, D, F, H. Carvel - Wide variety of the world's best ice cream. Located in sections 110, 135, 414. Mrs. Fields - A delicious assortment of cookies and brownies. Located in section 146.
DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM - The Miami Dolphins encourage the use of our Designated Driver Program. From gate opening until the beginning of the second quarter, guests who are able to produce a valid drivers license, and are 21 years of age, are eligible to become "Designated Drivers" for the evening. In return for signing a pledge not to drink alcoholic beverages during the game, and for accepting responsibility for driving other members of their group home, Designated Drivers will receive a coupon redeemable for a free fountain soft drink during the game. Sign up for the Designated Driver Program at Guest Relations, located at sections 156, 215, 242, 315, 342, 456.
ELEVATORS, ESCALATORS, RAMPS - For the convenience of our suite patrons and guests with disabilities, elevators are located at Gates A, C, E and G.
In addition, guests may utilize the escalators and ramps at Gates B, D, F and H to gain access to the seating area.
FIRST AID STATIONS - For your convenience and safety, the first aid stations are located at sections 156 and 442. Should you require assistance, please notify the nearest staff member.
GUEST CONDUCT - The Dolphins will provide a safe, comfortable and fan friendly atmosphere for all our guests. We have established the following guidelines for expected fan conduct:
Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will not be permitted into the stadium. Guests using foul or obscene language will be subject to ejection. Guests appearing intoxicated will be subject to ejection and turned over to the Miami-Dade Police Department. Guests displaying rowdy or inconsiderate behavior will be subject to ejection. Guests interfering with other guests' ability to enjoy the game will be subject to ejection. Guests interfering with the progress of the game will be ejected from the stadium and subject to arrest. Guests attempting to sit in seats for which they are not properly ticketed may be subject to ejection. Be a team player, please restrict movement in the seating area to breaks in the action. Should you encounter any problems, please notify the nearest staff member or Guest Relations for assistance.
GUEST RELATIONS - The Guest Relations Centers are located at sections 156, 215, 242, 315, 342, 456. These service centers operate from the time the gates open until the conclusion of the game. Guests may obtain information, offer suggestions, and may request assistance at these locations.
GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES - Guests with disabilities attending Dolphins games are offered special seating. For more information please contact the Dolphins Ticket Office at 1-888-FINS-TIX. For special needs and additional information, please contact Guest Services at (305) 623-6100 or (305) 623-6268 TDD/TTY.
Disabled parking is available at Gates A, B, C, D, E, G and H. The appropriate state issued identification is required to access these parking spaces.
Animals are not permitted within the stadium with the exception of certified service dogs for Guests with disabilities.
In addition, assistive listening devices are available at all Guest Relations Centers.
LOST AND FOUND - Lost and Found is located at Guest Relations. Should you need assistance on a non-game day, call (305) 623-6100.
LOST LITTLE LINEBACKERS - Lost Little Linebackers is a program in which a child is registered at Guest Relations and a wristband with their seating location is placed on their wrist. Should the child get lost, they may approach the nearest event staff, usher or uniformed officer, who will escort the child to their seating location.
MERCHANDISE - There is a wide variety of merchandise available throughout the stadium. The SeaTrader, sections 113, 127, 141 and 155, sells specialty souvenir items and The Beachcomber, sections 106, 121, 122, 134 and 150, carries traditional stadium souvenirs. Merchandise stands accept MasterCard and Visa.
NO SMOKING POLICY - Smoking is not permitted in the seating areas, restrooms, concourses, or any area of the Club Level of the stadium. Smoking is permitted on the ramps of each level.
PARKING - To avoid excessive traffic, fans are encouraged to arrive early to get the best available parking. Early parking gates (2 and 5) will open 4 hours prior to kick-off, all other parking gates open 3 hours prior to kick-off. Interior season ticket holder lots are filled and closed at least 2 hours prior to kick-off.Valet parking for Suite Holders will open 3 hours prior to game time. To eliminate fraudulent re-sale of parking passes every pass will be stubbed this season. As fans enter the parking gate they will need to stop and present the parking pass to the attendant and it will be torn (stubbed) then returned to place on their rearview mirror.Valet parking will be available at Gates C, and G.
Park 'n' Rides will run from both Broward and Dade counties and take the stress out of driving for a nominal fee. For locations and prices please contact them directly, in Broward dial (954) 357-8400, in Dade dial (305) 770-3131.
Remember, arrive early, enjoy fan-friendly tailgating, please park where directed by parking personnel, and only one space per car.
RE-ENTRY POLICY - For the safety of all fans, we do not allow re-entry into the building. For emergencies, please see the Gate Supervisor.
STADIUM POLICIES - For the convenience and safety of all our guests, the following items are not permitted into the stadium:
bags, backpacks, bottles, jugs, thermoses, cans, coolers, or other hard containers whistles, horns, or other noise makers umbrellas alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs strollers food items not purchased at the stadium laser pointers beach balls
We reserve the right to confiscate any items that interfere with our guests' enjoyment of the game.
TAILGATING - While tailgating please remember the following points upon your arrival:
Park where directed by parking personnel. One space per car only. No tents may be erected on the grass, but small tents can be used at the tailgate of your car and cannot impede traffic or the Fire Lane. Small grills may be used but cannot take up any additional parking space. Please dispose of hot coals in a safe manner. Do not dump them on grass. Parking is on a first come first serve basis, and no saving of spaces will be permitted.
TELEPHONES - Inside the facility, telephones are located at all concourse ramp entrances on the 100 and 400 levels. On the club level, phones are located next to the restrooms at each corner of the stadium.
